Returns, Refund and Rework

Due to the nature on how Joezer products are made, we do not offer returns unless it meets the following:

    - Fake leather and hardware materials are used for the product compared to the product being advertised on the website of the same item purchased.

    - Unacceptable quality issues such as intense damages caused by Joezer .

    1. In case there are issues caused by the 3rd party shipping providers will be resolved internally by Joezer and the involved party. Joezer is still responsible in providing the client the product even if it means by re-work. Unless Joezer is not able to re-provide the product, money return is guaranteed.
    2. The client has 3 days upon the receiving of the item to file a complaint to Joezer to make it as a valid complaint subject for refund or rework. 
    3. Take note that all complains will be subject for Joezer’s investigation if valid or not and will be treated in a case to case basis.

      Note: Real exotic skins natural blemishes, scratches, and tanning imperfections are not defects. These are signs that the leather is 100% NATURAL. Holes whether natural or caused by production errors, cuts, stitching defects caused by Joezer production errors are considered valid complaints.
